These providers may process data only for the purposes we instruct. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our services.

6. Legal basis

Where UK GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data on these bases:

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, to provide the service, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. If you have a Stride+ account, you may request account deletion or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting hello@xvorix.co.uk. Use the subject "Account deletion request" or "Data deletion request" and contact us from the email linked to your account where possible.

When we delete an account, we also delete or anonymise eligible personal data associated with that account unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a copy of your data, or withdraw consent.

To exercise these rights, contact hello@xvorix.co.uk. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
