When will Stride+ be available?
Stride+ is currently in development for App Store and Google Play. Store links will be added once the listings are live.
How do I report a bug?
Email hello@xvorix.co.uk with the device model, operating system version, app version if available, what happened, and steps to reproduce the issue.
How do I request account deletion?
Email hello@xvorix.co.uk with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address linked to your Stride+ account. We will confirm the request and process eligible account deletion.
How do I request data deletion?
Email hello@xvorix.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us whether you want Stride+ account data, activity data, workout data, nutrition inputs, or all eligible personal data deleted.
Is Stride+ medical advice?
No. Stride+ is designed for fitness and wellness support. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
