By accessing or using the Xvorix website, Stride+, or any Xvorix product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The services are provided by Xvorix Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Xvorix publishes software products across apps, games, websites, and digital platforms. Stride+ is our current health and fitness product in development.

3. Accounts

Some services, including Stride+, may require an account or profile. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting your sign-in details, and telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Stride+ fitness and wellness features

Stride+ may include step tracking, workouts, nutrition inputs, profile-based personalisation, progress tracking, and AI coach features. These features are provided for general fitness, wellness, and personal organisation purposes.

Stride+ is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. You should speak with a qualified professional before making health, nutrition, or exercise decisions where medical advice is needed.

5. AI coach limitations

AI coach output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion. Do not rely on AI coach output for emergencies, medical conditions, or decisions that require professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or services without permission
• Interfere with service security, reliability, or operation
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our services except where law allows

Xvorix, Stride+, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, product names, and related content are owned by Xvorix Technologies Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except where law allows.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of our services. Pre-release or in-development features may change before launch. We aim to maintain reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including account data, activity data, workout data, nutrition inputs, AI coach interactions, support messages, and deletion requests.
